WHAT’S INCLUDED
Depending on the selected service, this may include:
Operating system installation or reinstallation
System updates, drivers, and essential configuration
Transfer of personal files and folders
Transfer of user profiles, browser data, and email where possible
Reinstallation and configuration of licensed applications where supported
Storage setup and partitioning
Printer, scanner, monitor, external drive, Wi-Fi, and network configuration
Configuration of built-in or licensed antivirus, firewall, and account-security settings
Startup optimisation and removal of unnecessary background programs
Backup preparation and recovery-media creation, where requested and supported
Verification that transferred files can be accessed on the new system
Dual-boot setup, virtual-machine migration, encrypted transfers, and secure drive wiping may also be available by prior arrangement, depending on the devices, software, and security requirements.

Basic software setup may be completed within the same day. Larger data transfers, application migrations, and more complex configurations may take longer.
Devices with slow or unhealthy storage may require additional assessment or data-recovery work before migration.

The final price and turnaround time depend on the amount of data, condition of the source device, number of applications, and complexity of the setup. Data recovery and other additional services are not included unless quoted separately. We will provide an estimate before proceeding.
