WHAT’S INCLUDED
Exterior cleaning of the case and accessible ports
Dust removal from internal surfaces and components
Cleaning of fans, vents, heatsinks, and dust filters
Basic inspection for restricted airflow, loose connections, or unusual fan noise
Startup and temperature check after cleaning
Thermal paste replacement, extensive disassembly, and replacement parts are not included in Standard Cleaning. We will explain any additional work and charges before proceeding.

TURNAROUND AND PRICING
Basic cleaning is usually completed within the same day. Heavily dusted systems, complex cases, or services requiring more extensive disassembly may take longer.
Basic Cleaning — SGD 50.00
Suitable for systems with light to moderate dust build-up.
Deep Cleaning — SGD 75.00
Recommended for heavily dusted systems requiring more detailed disassembly.
Any additional parts or services required will be explained and quoted separately.

Your desktop tower and power cable
A brief description of any heat, noise, or performance concerns
Relevant passwords only if software or temperature testing requires access
A backup of important files, where possible
